November 10th:
Calories: Yes, stayed under
Tracking: Yes, logged it all
Exercise: Yes, 40 minutes walking in total, some to shop for healthy foodstuffs, then twenty minutes into town and back, to have a look at today's amazing demonstration by some 2000 cyclists, clamouring for more and safer cycle paths. Once my wonky knee is better, I'll do more biking.
Even managed to play the piano for a bit, not done that for ages ... (mental health!) and that was definitely out of my comfort zone, as I really had to work at it!8 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a two hour walk in the nearby national park. I wore a hooded sweatshirt under my coat to keep the wind out.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, about 300 under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Reached "normal" today, no longer "overweight" by the charts. I still need to lose some weight, but mostly I want to work on my fitness and stamina. I hope to get be running again soon.10 -
3 x’s yes. Weekend boot camp for one hour. I pushed myself and stayed for my normal Sunday HIIT hour. Lol totally pushed outside of my comfort zone and just rode those endorphins. It feels amazing, even ten hours later my body is like “heck yes girl you are a monster”
One of the things I love about my weekend boot camp group is the mix of people. It’s about 50/50 mix of lifelong athletes and regular people who are pushing themselves. Four of us are in the 100+ LB club, I love working out with others who discovered a real passion for fitness after losing almost half our body mass. And we are keeping up with the big kids.
Everything logged and good on calories.8 -

Yesterday was my 4th pass day. I went a little over my calories. I don’t feel to bad because it was only a few calories over. So I’m already out of the circle, but I’m still happy to keep up with the challenge.
Today was better! I had loads of delicious homemade veggies and some of the yummy cheese and brought back from France.
Went out on a bike ride with a 7km hill today. It was rather chilly during the down hill, I thought my toes were going to fall off. Need better gear.
But I’m so happy I went!
Yes x 3 today :-)
@RangerRickL, that’s one of my favorite quotes. I totally live by that.
Happy day to you all!

11/10 Pass Day #1
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No intentional exercise today....but on my feet a lot and did some vacuuming in preparation for company, as well as the usual dog walks.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Not likely, we had our younger son, daughter-in-law and their 3 children for dinner this evening. I didn't concern myself with what I did or did not consume.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No
@Hollis100 You are commended for your progress. Congratulations!4 -
@w8goal4life Thanks, I appreciate the support! Sounds like you had a lovely evening with your son and his family.

Getting out of my comfort zone has definitely happened the last two weeks. Here is a photo from when we learned the cat leap: jumping from the top of the box on the right to the wall on the left, landing with our feet on the wall and our hands grabbing onto the wall's top lip. I had a few stutter stops attempting it the first time but was able to push past the fear and succeed!

ugh so today's exercise really proved to me i got some work to do to get back to where i was.
why am i so sleepy trying to exercise? and why do i burn out so quickly? i did like 10 minutes of a 40min cardio video, then 20minutes of a 40minute yoga video after giving up on the cardio. it was still a decent workout but i was wiped out.
i think my goal at the moment should be less about losing weight and more about gaining back strength/energy/muscles.
i don't want to let my weaknesses get in the way!8 -
