Your calorie goal and calorie adjustments are entirely up to you.
12. What is the end goal of this challenge?
The end goal of the challenge is to adhere to your diet and exercise plan for a month. By having to come here every day and say, in front of the group, "yes, I was active today, and, yes, I'm aware of what I ate today," you ensure (1) that you will have to focus on what you're putting into your body and the exercise you're feeding it all month long, and (2) that you will have an friendly audience to which you choose to be accountable.

Last night, after doing my personal post, I noticed that we have 100 team members this month. Many of us are either ongoing members or earlier month team members. I do get very attached to each of you. Thanks so much to everyone who has returned.

Exercise was physio again as I couldn't get morning run in due to saying goodbye to my friend at the airport and then the wind turned into a howling gale.
I did get all my food planned and prepped for the week and an exercise plan in place as well.
Ate within calories and acceptable choices for the day.
Got some nice rest time in as well and ready for the new week and whatever adventure it holds!7 -

I haven’t been signing in every day lately, busy traveling around and hanging out with friends.
Congrats to last months winners! Welcome to the new comers!
And congrats @fitqueenbess for hitting goal!!!
Well, I’ve been trying to do damage control, but it’s been challenging as I’ve been surrounded by amazing cheese platters and loads of homemade desserts.
I’ve been walking as much as much as I can to offset but you got to walk quite a bit to offset cheese :-/
So I took a day pass yesterday.
And have barely met the requirements on Friday and today.
Looking forward to a healthier and more active day tomorrow!

Our church is on a busy four-lane highway. We've been attending there for almost 10 years. Today when we pulled across two lanes and then into the median, we pulled out into the next two lanes and hit a car that was in my husband's blind spot. He's never had an accident is upset, but we are both thankful no one was hurt. I felt bad because the other vehicle occupants were here on vacation but thankfully their car is driveable. Ours is not. It's going to be a pain dealing with everything because we're leaving for Florida on Friday a.m. for a relative's wedding.
And these people ... our good friends, would not leave us. We were all going out to lunch after church and they sat with us for two hours on the side of the road before the tow truck got there. So thankful for their friendship!! My husband is on the far right. The irony of the "yield" sign is not lost on me.

Today was my dad's 85th birthday and, as is our tradition, my siblings and their families raked up my dad's large tree filled property as part of his gift. A few years ago we realized it was an overwhelming job for him each year, and we have so much fun together doing it! Wheelbarrow rides for the wee ones, jumping in piles of leaves, hot drinks and chilli afterwards, it felt a bit like a Hallmark movie

Yes to all 3 today. Strength training. There is so much chocolate and candy in my house from Halloween and so far I’ve steered clear of all of it. I know once I eat one mini chocolate bar, it’ll quickly turn into 5!7
