One of the healthy thoughtful daily habits is "at least 20 minutes of exercise". You might be wondering, "What type of exercise is okay?" My answer is, "Whatever is an intentional effort on your part that you believe provides you with MORE than your status quo caloric consumption." You are the decision-maker!
There are team members like @Bill70sStrong. He is an inspirational model of extraordinary daily strength, flexibility and cardio exercise. I am a sloth by comparison. There are many days that I will intentionally walk 20 minutes on my treadmill at a modest pace while listening to an audiobook so that I can say "Yes" I exercised.
Both ends of that spectrum qualify as exercise. You decide what is right for you!8 -

In the morning the dog walk only lasts 15 minutes if the neighbor dog is running loose (90%of the time it is), but I'll walk around the house for five more just to make sure I can give a yes. It's usually not my only 20 minute stretch of exercise/activity, but I like that I get it out of the way early because I feel like I accomplished something.

Yes to all three. Went camping in an actual desert last night. And did some exploring this morning. It's so difficult walking through sand dunes.

What an epic day! So proud of the boys in green and gold esp Captain who comes from my home town! (For those who have no clue what I'm talking about, South Africa are Rugby World Cup Champions for the third time!)
Aside from supporting the Boks, I did a slow walk along one of the coastal trails with some ladies from church this morning, then ate cake. After the rugby we also ate cake and this evening was sushi club. I'm under calories but those were not the healthiest choices for a day, but tomorrow will be better! Sunday will include food prep for the week so that I have good options easily available.9 -

@flourchild225 What a lovely photo! The two of you look so happy! The landscape is very impressive.
Many years ago, I went to Egypt to visit my cousin, who worked at the American University in Cairo. I bought a bike and rode it all over the city and out to the pyramids. The desert there was very impressive, too -- white and silent and to be respected with all that heat and isolation. I could stand still and hear someone talking far away.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 30 minute dog walk (I walk my elderly neighbor's little dog as a favor) and a 2 hour walk in the nearby national park, about 5.6 miles. This was a regular route I walked and jogged almost every day before my knee injury, so I was happy to walk the whole thing today (no jogging yet).

I'm really enjoying reading everyone's exercise posts! Fun to connect and learn more about you all.
This weekend I've had some of both ends of the spectrum. Today was just 20-25 min walking. Yesterday was about an hour of walking and an hour of my new parkour class working on vaults!6 -
@BonnieHosk85 Great photos of your church group deep cleaning for that family. The little kids helping are so cute!

Oh I love barre! The workout subscription service I use is getting a barre program in a few months and I’m so excited!
Also, 4 hours of working out?! That’s inspiring dedication! I complain about just doing my 30 minutes!
