Update On Intermittent Fasting Progress

Rise and shine!
Still got Saturday and Sunday to go. Idk if I’ll take a day of break. Heres an update of the last 2 days under intermittent fast.

Breakfast: Shakeology + Bagel
(Both mornings)

Lunch: Half salad+ rice and beans lol and 4 oz of chicken or more.

Snacks: Consisted of Beef jeeky link; crackers; and 🤔 yea. Lots of water and green tea lol 😆

I have maintained to the 16:8 window. Today and tomorrow will be a lil different because I want change it up as too having my eating windows in the afternoon also tomorrow there is this Birthday celebration Sweet 16 that me and my husband are heading too. So this will help. Lets see how that goes.

As to workouts; I have not done my Zumba since i been feeling sicky. I let what I do in the day be it like cleaning; drum playing and walking. Maybe next week....?. :)
