The 100 days are over! I'm going to keep going though. I had a set back this week but I am determined to get back on track.

Total loss for 100 days is 10lbs, total loss overall is 40lbs, and I’m definitely proud of that.
Re-evaluated my eating habits this week because I started to realise that I was eating too little for my activity level, and shifted my focus to maintaining for now. I know how to lose weight, and I’m determined not to restrict myself unhealthily and to continue hitting my fitness goals. Good luck everybody!0
