The only thing I crushed was my foot! But joking aside I am going to do the upper body ones in the morning.

Fixed the date up there...I had 10 instead of 01. Yikes!
Worked out w/our trainer yesterday. No walking...called a rest day. We walked this morning. 3.01 miles in 70 mins. My right hip was killing me. My fault...I didn't take any midnight meds. Asked doc for different meds that I don't have to take at midnight. I'll see what he comes up with...probably Monday.

Midnight meds? That's crazy talk! Does your carriage turn into a pumpkin if you forget them? I hope they find something better.
I did some arms this morning. Then nada.

Have to take them every six hours or play catch up for too long. Today was much better. Plus I applied Icy Hot everywhere I could think of...ohhh, so minty! It helped for about half the 3.13 mile walk this morning. My thighs are still sore from Friday's workout...no squats for me tomorrow.

Sluggish today...but going to take a weight class they offer here at work. Should help me get more energy!

Did some upper arms today and some planks. Keeping the weight off so far! Someone pulled a Karen at work and brought in candy. Yes I ate some.

I'm so glad I went to the weight class. It's been so long since I've done that class and I forgot how much I liked it. I can already feel it in my body. Which is a good thing!1

No candy for me but the graham crackers and peanut butter have been calling my name...really, really loud!!

No walking again this morning. I did walk three parking lots between Target and Starbucks looking for my Starbucks coffee beans which Starbucks...DID NOT HAVE!!! The cashier said Target has a Starbucks...I said they didn't have my coffee beans...She said Try Barnes & Noble, they have a Starbucks. I walked back to my car. My brain said...if Starbucks doesn't have it, what are B&N's chances? I tried anyway, and I'll be darned...they had a whole crap load of my favorite coffee beans!!! Go figure. I'm happy.

Headed to the gym....slacking this week. Today will be my 2nd day and tomorrow my 3rd. But at least something. Have been getting home from work super late.

Chris that is weird for sure. I can just see them. No we do not carry out brand of coffee beans but the book store does! What????? Crazy. I am so happy you will be able to have your favorite brew while reading a good book.
Karen I know Power Hour! We have Body Pump. Very similar. Keep going and challenge yourself. But get well.

Went to the gym yesterday morning and did elliptical. Felt good. Just having another cup of coffee and I'm going to go this morning. I think I'm going to do arms as well as some cardio. It is mighty cold outside :-)1

Yeah, Shelley, so weird. Wanted to book shop, but I may have enough books here at home.

Chris I would have been looking at them books. Nice workout!
Karen I did a Lee Mills on demand. Body Pump! Had to after our talk yesterday. Only the upper part. No messing up my foot now.
Took the kids to the park for a walk. Next week he goes to the trainer. Really hope she can help with him. I am going to do another upper body workout tomorrow.

We walked 3.06 miles this morning for 80 mins. Did more exploring in the bright morning light than we can at 5:30 a.m. Then worked out w/our trainer for 60 mins. She is upping the weights on me.
Then I went grocery shopping. Now I'm going to read!!

Upping weights great. For when you have to rearrange all them books! I see you have your trusty steed. And a box of tissue for the sad books.
That is a lot of books!
I did weights twice this weekend and did some stretching also.

The person in charge of the 4:00 a.m. alarm...not me...had it set on 5:30 instead of 4:00.
No walking for us this morning. Meeting w/our trainer in a bit. No plans for after that except starting a new book.

@cpanus I am rolling on the floor laughing. You can walk later when the sun is up and hopefully a bit warmer.

Did the Upper Body Blast along with some other upper body exercises. Boy did I lose strength! My shoulder still pops some. I am hoping I can work the rest of my frozen shoulder out this winter. I hardly notice it unless I am laying on my left side or lifting weights.

Havent felt well this week...but finally back to the gym today after this sinus infection subsided. Felt good!

I was sore after working out yesterday. So today I walked and stretched. Our daughter Sanara came over to see our camper. It last her inspection.Barney is at the trainers. I miss him.

Walked by myself yesterday afternoon. 3.51 miles in 63 mins. I might go out by myself in a little while. Thinking about it.

Chris - always something peaceful about a solo walk. Hope you made it.
Got to the gym even though I needed to leave at 10:30am to get my flight to Canada. Also put chili in the crockpot for the fam to watch the Eagles on a cold Sunday.
Here in Toronto through wed...brought gym clothes...hope I make it at least one morning. Dinners both nights...so that’s my only shot!1 -
Karen I used to call and find classes to go to whentraveling. Only way I would do anything other than walking. I hope you make it to the gym.
Chris I like walking with people the most. They inspire me to push myself. Hope you got your walk in.
Got in some more weight lifting today. Going to stick with it.
