Hello,
I am 46 and aiming to loose 9 kg targetting 60kg. I am not very tall but in general with very low muscle, I had been struggling really low metabolism and on top I guess I did not realise how this 40+ impact kicked in. This is my first attempt to join a group. I hope to contribute and exchange ideas and support. Getting sport back to my life is my number one challenge. At the moment I VERY slowly lose weight with calorie control and balanced diet in terms of macro nutritions. But I am very interested to know new tricky detail staff like leptin and hormonal impacts. At the same time also confused with so much information flying over internet.
Thats all from me at the moment. I wish all of the group members the will to continue...
