Frustrated with MFP

Since yesterday afternoon, I can’t log my food....is anyone else having this problem?...I have tried everything...I can search the foods but I can’t log them or get calorie counts....stuff like this makes me insane....

I noticed on one of your other posts that you're on ipad? I have a lot of trouble with mine due to a conflict with versions. Everything is working fine on my android app so maybe try a different platform?1

No problems here, but the website in particular is incredibly flaky and I see errors almost every day.
I use the Android app and the webpage on PC/Chrome.1 -
Have you updated your app recently? I’ve had issues when I had outstanding updates. Also sometimes I need to shutdown and restart.1

I log mostly from the website and it can be very frustrating there at times too. I don't do that much from my phone because I seldom have my glasses with me in the kitchen. My Ipads are all pretty old and I really only use them as kindle readers these days.1

I downloaded the app and it is working ok....now I have two MFP so o should start losing weight twice as fast, right?6

I have trouble with it even on my window's device, but I have to say it's worse on my ipad. Usually though if I can't get it to work on place I can get it to work on another. Also if I wait maybe five minutes I can get it working.1

The app I installed is working ok but I am not used to it so I am switching back and forth lol....just what I need....one more thing to keep track of!0

I use the iPad MFP app. The only issue I have had with the recent update, is it will bomb occasionally.1

I notice that if I am having issues it helps for me to close the application (on my PC) and open it in a different browser. I switch between Google Chrome, Modzilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The same holds true for my phone, I just ditch the phone and get onto the PC and try to find a working browser.

I love my I pad and rarely use the desktop...it is a dinosaur!....now I log on the new app and read on the old one because I like the display better for MFP....I still think using two apps, you should lose twice as much!1 -
