Hi! I just wanted to let everyone know how we are going to track our progress during the challenge. The challenge starts on 8/26/13 so before starting either on the 25th or 26th take your weight, measurements, and if possible body fat percentage, and you may also take before pics if you desire. We will have a weekly weigh in as well as measurements so pick a day that works for you. It doesn't matter what day it is and let everyone know your progress. PLEASE don't be discouraged or give up if weight or measurements don't change every week, because that will happen. I wouldn't recommend weighing yourself daily, because your body fluctuates, and PLEASE don't measure progress by the scale!! We are all in this challenge together and it will take us right up to Thanksgiving. At that point I will be starting another challenge to give us that little "push" to get through Christmas and the New Year!! Have fun and remember we're here for each other!!:smile:

Will there be a chart or just a forum to track all of us?

Will it be ok if I only do measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge? I will still weigh in weekly

Hi! Everyone should be tracking their own progress. My suggestion-Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 and then Day 90. If you like follow my instructions in the opening topic. Measurements are just as important, if not more then weighing yourself, because it's another way to gauge your progress. There are 100 people in the challenge so I'm going to be using the honor system. Personally I use microsoft word to document all of my progress, but you may also be able to set something up in Excel to utilize as well. I would recommend taking a before and after picture, because although it may not seem you're making progress a picture tells a thousand words. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask or private message me.
