Hi, all! I'm Kat, 38, from Long Beach, CA (so I'm technically about to age out of this group but oh well! I've got another year and a half left!). I just started last week on my weight loss journey of a significant amount of weight to lose, and holy cow is this harder than it was in my 20s!
