    I'm so sorry about this. I took over posting about a year ago the month challenges. Things had been super busy for me this month with helping to move my sister and find a car for her after an uninsured driver totaled hers the day she moved in to her new apt. I have also been lacking motivation, but I'm all in for December. I want to reach my goal weight by May. I also have been struggling with bingeing on and off and social anxiety is preventing me from going to an Overeaters Anonymous group.
