Merry Christmas, everyone! And Happy 4th Night of Hanukkah -- we celebrate both in my house.
Taking panned Pass Day #2 for the month today. I ate a lot and honestly didn't want to log any of it. LOL
However, I did get a Festive 5K in this morning before indulging, so hopefully the damage was minimal. Either way, days like this are what Pass Days are for.4 -

@corriepelc On my paternal side, my great grandparents were the Muelhbergs. They were Jewish and German. This year, my oldest daughter fixed a full Hannukah dinner at which both Jewish and Christian friends shared the table. Our Israeli friend read in Hebrew the traditional sharing.
Tonight, we shared a Christmas dinner at our oldest son's home.3 -

I ate today after not eating for a day and a half because of stress. Unfortunately, I developed horrible low back spasms so took it easy today.2 -

Holding at 5 pass days used since around mid December!!!
Two coffee shop dates with my husband before & after a Family Xmas Brunch.
Since their kitchen sink faced the dining table, I popped up after my meal of 1/2 servings to get some more water & ended up washing all the pans/pots/dishes/silverware/glasses/serving dishes. Loved every minute as I listened & participated while making other’s lives a little easier. (Found our later that the dish washer was broken, which made me even happier.)
At the coffee shop in AM, I did not leave 1/2 of my scone but I did remind myself that I would never finish ALL of each thing I order away from home again. I left one large bite worth.
This habit will need practice. I’ve set up an Art Supply reward once I actually box half of what I order BEFORE I begin eating.
I’m very optimistic that I can master non-home eating in the coming months.
