    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 5 mile outdoor run this morning

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Calories: Y just got done with a feed here at work tonight and had to get pretty deep into the exercise calories. Had it planned out, but wasn’t expecting to run into those jalapeño poppers...they just about were my undoing.

    Good day in that it was productive and all mine. Among other chores, I did my meal planning for the week. I still haven't decorated yet, but hubby did put out some lights. I love seeing all your photos.

    But couldn't have Christmas without a tree and nativity
    Pass day #2 for today although the sun was out today so did a lot of 'spring cleaning', went for a lovely meal with hubby in the evening

    I am always amazed at home many calories burned my FitBit shows when the band has a gig. And little wonder I work up starving this morning!
