    She gave me a book entitled "Treat Your Own Back" by the late Robert McKenzie, of New Zealand.

    I need to get my DH to read "Treat Your Own Neck" by the same author. He was just at the spine center yesterday for a cervical spine issue. He already had back surgery in 2004 and neck surgery in 2005 for spinal stenosis. Not looking at surgery, again, at this point... but has been referred for physical therapy which commences Monday.

    Tracked all I could, Friday was the dept Christmas party. I didn't go overboard, but I did go over my daily set calories.

    Exercise: Yes, just about 25 minutes from home to station and back and station to exam venture and back.
    Calories: Yes, also just about stayed under.
    Tracking: Yes, logged it all.
    A 'just about' day, really tired now. Tomorrow is a new day!

    w8goal4life I just ordered the neck book too. Go to www.optp.com the book is very inexpensive. I have not had cervical issues, but I decided that I wanted to read the book.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES (25 min outdoor walk)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NO :'( Went out to eat with hubby, sister and a friend. Had a nice time but didn't exercise enough to stay under calories.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES
