Dec 1 + 2 - Yes x3
thanksgiving binge eating threw me way off course("a little bit of everything" surely turns into a huge plate no matter way lol, and then the 2 days after i kept eating too much despite my discomfort and sickliness.. old habits die hard i guess), been feeling under the weather too. i'm finally pulling myself up and getting back on track. nearly quit, but managed to get my ducks in a row and after a nice hour long yoga session i feel like i can continue on just fine

@angelswatercolor Great job turning around. I also ate too much at Thanksgiving and wanted to keep eating more the day after. It takes an effort of will to decide to live a better way.3

Good job for not quitting!
I was once advice when I started this health journey "Don't take out all your dishes and break them just because 1 dish fell off your hand and got broken"
I always remember this advice when I over indulge and there is the temptation to just keep on indulging or just quit putting in the effort to stop and get back on track.4 -

Ex: 56 mins
Calories: Way Over
Tracked: all, always
Pass Days Left: 2
Been a wonderful & rough week. Upside: Lots of great time with family♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Downside: Lots of events & loss of control over food choices & meal timing. (I hope to learn how to handle these better as I master maintenance more confidently.)
Downside: Mechanical issues with vehicle & a sick darling pet cat with a worrisome set of symptoms (at vet now.)
Downside & Upside: how easy it is for me to eat much more food. I guess that won’t go away but I have managed it & I know I can!
More UP SIDE:
I feel better when I eat my usual foods. I am concentrating on this!
And...I lost weight before the 11-12 day family visit. And have few social events in Dec around food, so I planned ahead to ease back in diet mode, if needed.
I’m Very committed to weighing what I weighed Last Jan 1 this coming Jan 1st!3 -
