Glad to see you back in the fold. Felicitations to you and your family. I hope your issues are all resolved.
Congratulations on the new job. And 10lbs up is not so hard to deal with for someone with your determination.
Thank you. Glad to be back.
The new job is challenging (both scary and exciting). The employer has been fantastic about taking required time to look after family. I have been so grateful for that. Only time will tell if I have bitten off more than I can chew with the challenge of the new role.
I am estimating the 10 lbs will take at least 3 months to shift. UAC will help a lot with that.4 -

Glad to be back.
I will drop in the occasional soap box post (when the inspiration takes me).
You will see more of me this month (and not because I am up a little in weight ).3 -

Well after pushing hard to end November successfully the urge to “push in the clutch” today was strong. Ate a little too much and still hadn’t got the exercise in today so off to the treadmill I went. Managed to cover the deficit...not one of my better days, but I guess one will have those from time to time. Didn’t want to start the month with pass #1.6 -
Tracked yes, but everything else no. I’ll leave it at that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯7

Congrats to all those in WC, and especially to those who stayed the course for November. December will be challenging with two birthdays, Christmas and New Year's Eve. One of the birthdays was today...and my DH's birthday is New Year's Eve. I relented and put up holiday decorations today. It seems decorations have been up in the stores since Halloween. I'm a fan of the holidays...but definitely not a fan of the commercialism. Best wishes to everyone in the challenge for December!
@craigo3154 So very challenging but determined of you to face your daughter's mental health issues head on. Our youngest grandson was diagnosed bi-polar at the young age of 6. Many of the medications for bi-polar disorder were designed for adults, making treatment for a child difficult with issues relating to medical insurance denials for trial medications, etc. Treatment for our grandson has literally been a trial and error process over the years, some of which has required parent counseling, individual child psychiatric counseling, behavior modification, group therapy, in patient treatment at residential facilities, group homes and special education. I'm happy to report today, on his 14th birthday, he is home with his family and back in school taking regular classes. That is not to say he is cured. There is no cure for bi-polar disorder. His illness requires continued monitoring and adjustments to medication, education, goals & objectives. Some days are better than others. You are not alone with your daughter's issues. Mental illness runs rampant among the general population with far too many cases overlooked by parents in denial. Parents can only strive to do the best they can. You and your wife are commended for being pro-active for the benefit of your daughter. I wish you nothing but success in your work and family life.9
