Day 18 done. It was a rough one today but I completed it.

day 14: really hard but i have conquered it!!!
i was feeling really tired today. i did not want to do anyhting.
But after reading post from friends and MFP members that did something. i said t o myself: WELL DO SOMETHING and so i did!
i had to take breaks in between each set. let me explain:
sit-ups 4x15 + 5
crunches 4x20 +5
leg raises: 1x20 +1x22
plankson knee: 40 secondes.unable to hold it more than that.:sad:
and it took me 45 minutes to complete it!0
