Hey everyone. Welcome! Let's do this!
I'm Eva.
So...I've done this before in another setting and it works!
I personally need accountability!
Goal is to get healthy and lose weight! We all want to shed those unwanted pounds.
Here are a few tips...
1) check out what calories you need to lose weight 1-2 pds per week. There are many websites that will provide you that info like healthline.com
2) select healthy macros ie fresh fruit and veggies, protein, low glycemic carbs and fruits, low fait dairy etc
3) try and avoid too much fat like those found in dressings, fried foods, butter...but healthy fats are good like olive oil and walnuts
4) Try and remain active--and if you can add some form of exercise 30 mins 3x a week
5) Weigh-in every monday and you must post your result on the discussion board. Weighing-in is important even if you didn't have a perfect week!
