I finished c25K sometime in July and ran my first official 5K race yesterday. I was slightly longer at 3.28 miles and I timed in at 28 minutes flat. It felt amazing. I finished 4th for the ladies in my age group. It sure would have been awesome to place but that was definitely a personal best and my first race ever so I am thrilled with the outcome.

    That's amazing!!! I'd be thrilled to even finish it under 40 minutes, I can't even imagine coming in 4th for my age group! Well done!
