                    I’ve completed the program before. Ran a couple races this year. Most recent being Thanksgiving morning. Decided to start the program again and work on speed this time around. Just finished week 3, Day 2 tonight. So far so good. Got up to 6.0 which is awesome for me.  The first time I did the program my running intervals were 4.6 - 4.8 most days. I’m feeling really good about this and really want to do the c210k next.
