Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! I had lunch with a friend at the local Chinese/Japanese all-you-can-eat place, but I passed up the fried rice, spring rolls and egg rolls, and went for a salad with no dressing (just salt and pepper), green beans, bok choy, and soup with mushrooms and tofu. I have 3 pass days and didn't want to blow my calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, everything. Came in a couple hundred under.4 -

Exercise: Yes, I'm feeling so much better and made it to the gym two days in a row........75 minutes of a leg workout including a 20 minute warmup. Tomorrow I'm going back for day #3 this week
Calories: Yes, left about the same amount I burned uneaten, so about 300 under
Tracked: Yes, I've been making a lot of new recipes this year and have discovered how easy it is to add them from the link at the recipe......so much easier than adding the ingredients myself. I have to double check the ingredients and # of servings but it's really easy otherwise

@fitlulu4150 Like you, a find the recipe link very helpful. I do, usually, add my recipes manually because I, otherwise, find a lot of erroneous entries in the MFP food database.3 -

Good bit of consecutive tracking early in the month. Fizzled on the 14th or so.
Degraded to something like every other day for tracking from then on.
So somewhat better than 50% of on track.
Days off track weren't really wild and crazy a lot of just no exercise.4 -
