Exercised?: Yes (3.5km walk in 30 mins - flat)
Calories?: No
Tracked?: No
First day of holiday. Did not a lot, but I did walk to my parents place for dinner after my wife took my daughter to skating.
No way I was in budget today. Gluten free pancakes breakfast, chicken and salad for lunch, steak for dinner. No snacking, but meals large enough to put me over for the day (even without tracking).
Not concerned. It is holidays, and tomorrow I have the aerial obstacle course to enjoy (with daughter and her friend).

Have a fabulous and well deserved holiday @craigo3154
Sounds delightful @RangerRickL!
It's been a really wet winter here but today we had a beautiful blue skied (freezing!) winter's day. It was lovely to see the sky again for once! We went walking in the woods. Later on I took my daughter out on her scooter - she's fast now, and reminded me why I'd taken up jogging so that I can keep up with her, before I got pregnant. I plan to get stronger so that I can start again. It was a brisk walk today! Also, one of my friends has asked me to do a reading at her wedding - an honour. And an incentive to lose some more weight before the wedding!7 -

Exercised?: No, need to use my second pass which is not good because I don't usually exercise on Sunday
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
I am still sick so my energy levels are down but I am keeping track of what I ate and watching my calories. Depending on how I feel tommorrow, I might have to do something Sunday...or push myself the rest of the week.8 -
Logged stayed under tracked and did 30 minutes of weight stretches at the gym7

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I shoveled for over an hour. 1st missed yoga class, of the year, but shoveling is a good workout especially since the snow was so heavy. I may do a YouTube yoga video before bed.

Had a few consecutive pass days but today is back to on track.
Tomorrow is exercise on day.
Today was active enough to qualify but not like "on" day.
Yesterday was spin bike but eating was not in bounds.

Yesterday, I splurged on good carbs and some bad ones knowing full well that all carbs are not created equal. The guacamole was good too.
Have a successful day tomorrow all!6 -
Exercise? Yes. 60 minute windy walk.
Within my calorie goal? I'm going to say yes. Left a good number of calories on the table because lunch was sushi which is seriously estimated.
Tracked everything? Yeah. As well as I could.
Sushi was amazing! And I don't want to avoid eating at places that don't have calorie counts. Guesstimating makes my OCD itch, though.5 -
Was cold rain / sleet today so didn't make it out of the house for exercise. Didn't get my 20 min but did do some push-ups and squats.
Tracked but way over on calories.
I'm pretty sure I need to go back to not having chips in the house. With things like sandwiches I crave something crunchy-- what are everyone's favorite healthier alternatives to chips?
Almonds and carrots? Other ideas?6 -
Three yes day even if the food options weren't all ideal. This seems to be where I struggle at the moment, but for now getting quantity of calories eaten and burned right is my focus. Later I will focus on the quality of them.
Housemate and I had planned a chill at home day but coach had water polo tournament with his daughter so we were asked to take kids class. That was fun and was a challenge to deal with our regular coloured belts who know a lot and the brand new kids who have no idea how this works. They all seem to have had fun so we must have got the balance right.
A bunch of my physio stretches as well while catching up on series.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes but not much more - just physical therapy and stretches. Pretty sore from yesterday’s workout.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, lots of activity today, stripping X-mas tree (dexterity), vacuuming, moving furniture, more vacuuming, dog walks, shoveling snow. Did you ever try to take lights off a pre-lit Xmas tree? DH and I spent almost the whole day on that project. GE did a good job of fastening them with clips, winding, half hitches & other knots. Very frustrating , but my tree is naked now ! First time it's been down in probably 6 years.

Stay safe, everybody dealing with winter weather. Lots of ice here on the PA/MD border, which is why I'm grateful for the gym.3 -

We had the "wintry mix," too. I think maybe 5 inches.

I gained so much weight eating chips. They taste good, but like the old ad says, you can't have just one.
My alternatives:
A small salad (spinach, romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, whatever else I have on hand, with balsamic vinegrette -- it's crunchy, filling, and takes a while to eat
Sliced apples with almonds

Chips ... I like these chips called Cheetos. I used to always buy them in what I thought was a single serve bag. You know, from those shelves kind of by check out.
But they ain't single serve. It says 3.5 servings at 170 cals per.
Yikes! 600 calories!
I still do it but not very often.
I used to do it like every time I went to the store.
Ugh. 600 calories day in and day out until I read the label.
Crunchy ... sometimes sugar snap peas.4 -
Yes to all 3. 8 mile run this morning, ate under calories and logged all.4

Exercise: Y 24K steps including 2 65 minute walks
Calories: Y 2375/1800+ 731 exercise calories
Tracked : Y
Working nights this weekend and driving home yesterday morning was a real treat with 5 inches of slush on the roads. Took 20 minutes longer to get home and when I got there I got into the fridge...not bad, but burning 400 calories that early wasn’t in the plan. Then to top it off coming back into work tonight were some leftover donuts (my personal weakness)the bossman brought in for dayshift that they neglected to finish. So those put me just over my calorie limit and,not wanting to burn a pass day, I went out for another 65 minute stroll at 10:30 to salvage the day. Not a good carb day though....5 -
Date: January 18
Exercised?: Yes. Marched today for about 25 minutes at a fairly brisk pace. My total steps for today are close to 9000, which is more than twice most days!

Another Pass Day. I was doing well, but then got tempted by the cheese and wine I'd bought for my partner and by the chocolate I also keep for him, so I was over calories and the tracking got lost in the process.
Exercise: Yes, half an hour's walking and twenty minutes of low impact aerobics on a Conley video, although I have to admit I got somewhat confused about the steps ...
Better today, I hope, but I have to start on my Tax return, which is due at the end of the month. This always puts me in a foul mood...
On the positive side: I'm still losing weight and centimetres and wore a pair of trousers yesterday that I hadn't been able to get into for years!5 -
Lots of unbroken, sparkling sunshine here!
Pass day #3 day out with hubby & a lovely evening meal
Exercise yes 60 min cleaning, 180 min walk around Bury St Edmunds UK
Tracking yes Calories no but could be worse!5
