    Water - ounces - not enough - slightly over 40.

    Goals/Day/Comments: I needed a rest day today. Repair person here for 5 hours so it just seemed to fit in. I did do housework, organized a closet and laundry so got my exercise in.

    Forgot. Oops. Outdoor activities - hiking, kayaking, sailing, golf, skiing, scuba diving, ohhhh so many.

    Exercise? ¡Si! 23 minute walk with my friend and her kid, then some playing on the playground. There might even be a picture of me on a spiral slide, but I'm not verifying that rumor. And 20 minutes yoga.

    Within my calorie goal? Ja.

    "off" day for exercise but I did satisfy the minimum. Walking etc.

    Put some new brakes on my bicycle. Heh, what goes up must come down so I go through a lot of brakes. Heh, I bet I spend more on brakes than a person might spend on membership at the nearby gym.
