@WMEJA a rest day can still have 20 minutes of activity. I’ll usually just walk or do some restorative yoga on my rest days. You can split up your 20 minutes as well.
I just make sure it is intentional movement. Mother Nature often comes to my rescue- gardening, raking and snow shoveling are great rest day activities that bump up activity level. Hope this helps you on your quest for the circle.8 -
