Great commitment you guys! Love all you are doing.
Since Friday I have done weights 3 days. Today there were a lot of pushups. Man was I ever glad to finish that one! Been also getting on the treadmill everyday. Yesterday I did some running on it. Need to work on my endurance.
Chris and Karen the Led Mills on demand also has some children's exercise. Bella might be a little to old to enjoy it though. But she might like the cardio/dance ones.

I did a HIIT class yesterday at work to mix it up...it was 30 mins of fun, plus 10 min treadmill

Karen there are some mixes if you like to switch it up. Body Combat reminds me of Tae Bo. Body Attack is like a Hiit some what. I like 30 minute workouts also. 18 if I am pressed for time. Check itout. There is a free trial that would allow you to. Best thing is you could take a tablet and connect anywhere
Got in 11,000 steps almost today. And a little yoga.

60 mins w/our trainer yesterday. I've fallen off the wagon and hit hard. Don't have a reason/excuse. Out of control.
Pete is dropping Ronan off after his dentist appt this morning. Need to shop after he is picked up this afternoon. Maybe I'll make soup.

That wagon is a fickle thing. I had some problems with mine of late. But starting to recover.
Got up and did 18 minutes of bicep and tricep exercises. I love my Les Mills short workouts. Tonight I will do some let work when I get home.

Did upper body again today. But I must admit I HATE dips! Yes I said HATE. Trying to get to the point where I can like them someday. Just not going to be today. Triceps, biceps, shoulders and some abs. Done!

60 mins w/our trainer yesterday. She has upped the hand weights on me. My last set of bicep curls was tough!

Chris biceps are great for picking up things, like kids!
So what weight are you using? And the stronger you are before your surgery the better.
I did biceps, legs and triceps today. Also got in 12,000 steps. Great day. g

Got up early and did a 40 min. upper body work out. Shoulders, triceps, bicepa and chest. I am feeling it now. So happy to have gotten it in already.

Shelley, only doing 15's Mon & Fri and 12's on Wed. Forty-one days until hip surgery. It was a good workout today. Depending on the cold and the wind, I might just make a couple of trips around the block later.
