    Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday but we celebrated today. It should have been my rest day but I did a lot of housework to get ready for her party so I don't feel very rested lol Yesterday was my 9th anniversary with MFP! I've used the website pretty consistently that whole time. Part of me is disappointed that I still need it after 9 years, but I have had 3 pregnancies in the mean time. Hoping by my 10th anniversary I'll be at my goal weight!!

    My evil twin reared her ugly head and all went to heck in a hand basket. After a great battle, common sense gained the upper hand and I am now back on track. Not without considerable damage.
    Steps: the elusive 6000 steps made its appearance, so not all is lost

    @thedestar I feel like I will need this place forever! I started on here ~2012 under a different username, and am finally dedicated to this process! Happy 9 years! Even once we hit maintenance, our journey is not over :)

    BMI 24.5. This is the number I’m really tracking, so im including it for myself. I want to end up at 22, which is a range of 147-153. So I still have 11-16lbs to go.

    To help keep in line with pre-planning, keeping under calories and sticking with the plan, I am trying to prep the night before. I have dinner in the fridge to thaw, lunch already prepared (tuna salad) and veggies cut.

    01/14 191.8 - Same as last week. Again water retention issue. I did some running this weekend, but didn't drink enough water the past 2 days. The moment my water intake reduces below 6 cups a day whilst pushing with some heavy cardio, my body just holds onto fluids. I don't run to the toilet as often as I usely do. This is always then evident on the scale the next day
