Feel like giving up but I won't! Just cannot seem to lose anything had terrible week yet again and overate I really need to get a grip on it.
@smallhippo1 Don't give up!! Quitting definitely isn't going to speed up the process!! Try making one or two changes this week, a healthy low calorie snack like carrots (or something like that) instead of chips or maybe like sugar free jello instead of ice cream at bedtime.. you got this.2 -

I am going in the correct direction but I can't figure out why I can have one ice cream and gain 3 pounds yet when I work really hard at diet and exercise I lose only a fraction of a pound!1 -

Thank you. Just been struggling so much but had a really good day yesterday and all planned out for today just need to do thehard part and stick to it. Il take your advice and reach for the lower cal snacks as my actual meals are healthy and low in calories then I go and ruin it with snacks.

Just couldn't get motivated to exercise after running errands after work. I do better if I exercise in the morning. This week has been a bit of a struggle.0 -

This is a rough week, had to travel to city today and again tomorrow. Couldn’t exercise other than the six block walk to the the office and then back to car. I’m tired and want a big glass of wine. Feel a binge coming on, but instead of indulging I’m shutting it down for today. All I have to say is ugh 😩0 -

@Kin59vara there is so much at play, but it does seem so unfair.
I'm currently reading a book on just that exact thing and he talks about some of it and he's yet another doctor challenging the eat less move more idea that very clearly isn't working as a whole...and honestly something I have seen in my own body..intersting stuff. I'm eating more and finally losing weight again.... it's really interesting...
Hang in there... eventually diligence pays off. It's taken me years to drop 100 lbs. And I've gone through ups and downs and it's all normal.0
