    I fell off the wagon over the weekend, I was soooo sick it was awful and when my boyfriend offered some veggies it sounded so nice. It was the kind of veggies I like, which isn’t many as I hated them most of my life, so I caved. Three days later.......spent this morning in agony with the usual stomach cramps I get when I eat too much fibre. Sigh. I’m feeling better now though and eagerly back on the wagon, will carry on a bit into Feb so I get the full month. I need a plan of what to eat when I’m sick.
