As we glide into 2020 I know it’s on everyone’s mind to lose a few and become healthier. Otherwise, why would you be in this group.

A quick introduction, I’m Randy, my brother Greg invited me here. Since the end of October I have rid myself (I hate the word lose, makes it sound like I want to find it again) 42 pounds. This has been done healthily on a plan. I still need to lose 15ish more, depend on how I look as to whether I will worry about the BMI or not.

I love having an active community around me, it helps with accountability.

Just remember

1. Eat healthy
2. Drink 64+ ounces of water a day
3. If and when you cheat, don’t beat yourself up just get back on your plan!
