Groan. I'm starting 2020 3.5 lbs higher than 2019. I need to work on my stress management skills. I did get out for a walk in the woods on New Year's Day before heading into work to try to tame the chaos that I've inherited from the colleague that retired. She had a lot of good skills, but organization, both paper and electronic, are not part of that skillset. I'm committing to another session outdoors as I will be going into work both days this weekend. I have to come up to speed quickly as the semester starts 1/13.

Today is my official first WI for 2020. In down from the 1st WI of 2019 by only 6.4 lbs. So from my high in 2019 @ 359.6 to my low in 2019 there was a 30.6 lb swing. This is deffinitely something to work on. Staying persistent and successfully keep a steady track going down for 2020. Onward and downward. ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘

I'm starting 2020 3.5 pounds higher than 1/1/19. It *could* have been much worse. Of course I was also up 5 pounds last year from where I was on 1/1/18 so things are definitely going in the WRONG direction! I'm now 8.5 pounds above my official WW goal weight :(

Is this where the snarky remarks start? Welcome back Cindy. You have been missed.
