Appetite loss

Can you guys tell me what I should be doing about not being hungry? I’ve just started ketoish right before Christmas and have had no appetite after eating lunch but have had a stomach ache and bloating when I do eat now that I’m not eating carbs (other than vegetables). I’m recording everything in MFP and it tells me it won’t record my “progress” because I’m not meeting my calories. Should I try to eat when I’m not hungry or just let my body keep adjusting?

    I felt the same way about 2 weeks into this. I was consuming the right foods but just not enf. So I went to intermittent fasting which I eat twice a day now and found foods I like. I stay at 20 carbs each day but if I go over a couple, I find it’s ok because My carbs are from real food so I’m good with that. Hope this helps.
