Good days/Bad days

So yesterday was a 'bad' day. I did not work out and my eating went a little wonky. I was cold and tired so I curled up with my cats and vegged. But you know what else? I don't feel as good today as I have felt every other morning. I think it is from not working out, at least a little bit. So today less sugar and hitting the gym.
