20in20 starts today -I posted earlier (see previous 20in20 post) about why losing weight and getting healthier became crucial for me. I think this story applies to so many people:
You don't want to be hungry every time
You can't run a marathon or climb a mountain daily
You just want to be the best you that you can be
I am sharing what has worked for me and 7 samples recipes. I am down about 9 LBS with more to go. I sleep better, my energy is up and I am happy. Follow me, join me in my 20in20 (lose 20 lbs. in 20 weeks)
