20in20 - Lose 20 LBS

I love food, I love to eat but after gaining weight and reaching my heaviest weight at almost 192 lbs. I decided it was time for a change.

I have lost up to 50 lbs. several times and gained it back. At one point, I was so desperate to lose weight, I started binging on weight loss pills, running at least 30 miles a week! It was too much and I ended up in the ER with a blood clot, shingles, went into early menopause and other health issues. This is when I decided no more fast and crazy diet/exercise, I was going to do this the right way.

I would love for you to join me, lets lose at least 20 lbs. in 20 weeks based on simple, effective, everyday steps that do not involve pills or fast diets fads! Want to know if this group is for you?

Exercise – Daily 30 min workout schedules/plans

We start Jan 11th with daily posts, weekly grocery list and easy to do recipes.
