Wednesday Wellness Walks! - Starts 1/22/2020

Wellness and Exercise are an important part of the Commit 2 Be Fit Challenge. This is why we want to bring back the Wellness walk! We plan to have 2 options, 10am and 2pm for a brief walk together every Wednesday. These walks are optional, but also a great way to add some exercise in the middle of your day. You are welcome to participate in either time, and enjoy the company of others reaching for the same goal of a healthier you! These walks will meet in the break room upstairs at the scheduled time and will usually take 15- 30 minutes, depending on the walking path taken. During colder weather, we will be walking inside using both upper and lower areas of the building, including stairs. When weather starts to improve, we will be moving the walks outside!

If these times do not work for you, that is okay! Feel free to set your own walk schedule and invite a friend or two to join you. Not sure who may want to walk at the time that works for you?
