I combine LCHF + IF.
I'm at my ideal weight and my 15 year history of type 2 diabetes is in remission.
That is excellent. Keep at it. I got into remission but slipped again and now trying to get back to where I was. It is great hearing of success stories to keep the motivation going. Thanks
