Hi everyone, I have been sitting on the fence but I would like to join for February.
I need accountability more for the evenings than the day. Sitting in front of the TV with a good film, chocolate and wine has to stop. I'm not gaining but I am not losing either.
Being stagnant is not winning........and its not healthy.
I joined mainly because of so many people saying this was a great group to be in and to start to change habits.

HI there I'm Vikki - I need this accountability, so thanks for letting me join, I have been trying to lose weight since Sept, although Dec was a disaster, and Jan hasn't been awful but not great either.. I've been pretty good with my exercise, so I'd like to keep that going...5

Didn't feel like working out tonight.....but I did it and now I feel great. Trying to make working out just part of my everyday. Calories logged and under. Taking one day at a time :-)3

Hi everyone, I’ve joined today . I’ve gained a lot of weight in the past 4 Years due to illness, trying to finally get back in shape but it feels so hard and I need motivation. I am 74 kg now and need to lose 24 kg to reach my goal of 50 kg which is the weight I used to be .4
