    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked 129 minutes at different speeds, some in the gym, some outside -- it was a great day here in cold Pennsylvania, sunny and warm, too good to stay indoors the whole day
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, about 500 under
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    Pass day #2! My DH and I went to the local bar for trivia night and dinner. I was good and had a salad but it was loaded with bacon and blue cheese 😂😂😂 Worth every bite! I was especially proud of my perfect 30 point round that involved 60 book titles, lol as one of the local library clerks I represented!!!!

    But I didn’t track and I’m pretty sure my calories were up there. Not terrible but out of my normal range.
