Exercised: Yes (moving an upright freezer, cleaning and de-icing thoroughly and restoring it to service)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
I am counting the freezer as exercise as:- it is the size (and weight) of a full height fridge.
- it needed to be moved up and down stairs for de-icing and cleaning.
- to move it required moving at least twice as much other stuff to clear a path.
- it took 3 hours of continuous effort to move, de-ice, dry, move back (so it's contents did not thaw in temporary storage).
Rest of day seemed to go OK.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked 129 minutes at different speeds, some in the gym, some outside -- it was a great day here in cold Pennsylvania, sunny and warm, too good to stay indoors the whole day

Pass day #2! My DH and I went to the local bar for trivia night and dinner. I was good and had a salad but it was loaded with bacon and blue cheese 😂😂😂 Worth every bite! I was especially proud of my perfect 30 point round that involved 60 book titles, lol as one of the local library clerks I represented!!!!
But I didn’t track and I’m pretty sure my calories were up there. Not terrible but out of my normal range.4 -

Oops!! An inadvertent pass day. Had pizza at a friend's house. I am confident that I went over my limit by a bit. Not a huge bit, but what I could track puts me over by about 50 calories and it's likely that it is a bit more than that.

Exercise: Yes, cleaned house for over an hour before we closed it up. cleaned a car seat for almost 2 hours - 4 year old got car sick on drive home. Lots and lots of laundry when we got home. Packing to fly 4 year old home.

Exercise: Yes, flew 4 year old home. Long flight. We walked and walked for an hour around airport before our flight. I was hoping he would sleep on the plane. Nope. Man did I want to sleep on the plane!

Exercise: Yes, Played with 18 month old and 4 year old for hours. Then I flew home early evening. I walked and walked for an hour around airport before flight. I am very sad that the 4 year old is not with me but I can get back to sweaty workouts again. I have to get in better shape to keep up with him. Plus his little sister will be joining us on our escapades soon as well. Life is good.

Exercise: 73 minutes - rested & napped, drank iced tea, and really enjoyed my walk. Lovely day! Then rested in evening. Did NOT want to miss exercising. ❤️
