Yes to all three! Big bonus I noticed today was more energy during my workout! Usually I really have to push myself but today was a breeze. Time to step it up a notch?6 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I'm taking a Pass Day for today. I had an impromptu Chick-Fil-A date with the hubby today and just don't feel like I did enough to call it a good day. And that's what Pass Days are there for!

Exercise: Yes. Upper body weights followed by some intense Pickleball games. I’m completely exhausted and have sworn to myself to actually take a rest day tomorrow.

Thanks, @Hollis100 and everyone else. Still struggling with sleeplessness, so almost missed my Poetry group as I'd fallen asleep after lunch, but, a miss is as good as a mile, I made it.
Exercise: Yes, 45 minute Stretching class and 45 minutes walking, some quite fast to get to the class on time.
Calories: Yes, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Much better night last night. Hoping to go to Yoga class this morning. I am actually beginning to look forward to the classes, rather than having to force myself to go!4 -
