Thank you all for still being there and staying strong.
I've had a difficult time with my partner, my work and myself, fighting my demons, but I have just posted three consecutive days of three Yes's and I think I am back on track. Still struggling with insomnia, hence the insanely early post, but am trying to use the time positively rather than worrying and fretting. Look forward to my Stretching Class in a few hours. At least I didn't put on any weight! Confronted my scales for the first time in three weeks.13 -

Long day - insomnia meant early start (4am) - 11:15 and only just finished days work. Client meeting int he morning.
Psychologist appointment in the afternoon.
Lots of travel and walking (well over 10,000 steps today).
Managed walk before evening phone conference (really needed).

✅ Exercise 20 minutes? Yes! 173 minutes. One hour of VR, half of which was boxing and it liked to have whooped my *kitten*! The remainder was walking and stair climbing.
✅ Within calorie goal? Yes! I’m glad I logged before eating, otherwise I would have gone over. I swapped the bag of popcorn for some sunflower seeds, so that kept me within 100 of my allotment. (I never eat exercise calories if I can help it. I don’t trust them fully.)
✅ Log everything? 💯 %!

After 2 days of under 1000, it was nice to feel hungry, again. 😁

Another successful day where I played Mean Mommy to myself and only took enough cash for one coffee to work, along with packing my meal and snacks. Yay, couldn't eat junk or run across the street to a restaurant. I like fitting in my size 8-10 (USA sizes) clothes. It was too much work to get here and I'm not going to eat myself back into obesity.6 -

Much better day today went for a mile walk at lunch the “real” feel was 1 above zero but it was nice to get out logged and stayed under just a quick thanks for the hugs from yesterday not a good work day yesterday very emotional for everyone once again thanks to a supportive group shows that the world still has nice caring people 🙂7

Exercise: Yes, repeat of yesterday. Man I’m tired. How is he not? My husband hooked a toboggan to the tractor and pulled us around nice and slow. It was a great rest for me. Then we built a huge slope and used the saucer sleds. I am far too old for this! But it was so much fun.5 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I'm taking a Pass Day for today. I had an impromptu Chick-Fil-A date with the hubby today and just don't feel like I did enough to call it a good day. And that's what Pass Days are there for!

Thanks, @Hollis100 and everyone else. Still struggling with sleeplessness, so almost missed my Poetry group as I'd fallen asleep after lunch, but, a miss is as good as a mile, I made it.
Exercise: Yes, 45 minute Stretching class and 45 minutes walking, some quite fast to get to the class on time.
Calories: Yes, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Much better night last night. Hoping to go to Yoga class this morning. I am actually beginning to look forward to the classes, rather than having to force myself to go!4
