    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run this morning

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I'm taking a Pass Day for today. I had an impromptu Chick-Fil-A date with the hubby today and just don't feel like I did enough to call it a good day. And that's what Pass Days are there for!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Sort of ...

    Thanks, @Hollis100 and everyone else. Still struggling with sleeplessness, so almost missed my Poetry group as I'd fallen asleep after lunch, but, a miss is as good as a mile, I made it.
    Exercise: Yes, 45 minute Stretching class and 45 minutes walking, some quite fast to get to the class on time.
    Calories: Yes, stayed under.
    Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
    Much better night last night. Hoping to go to Yoga class this morning. I am actually beginning to look forward to the classes, rather than having to force myself to go!

    Had a nice workout at the gym. Treadmill and adding elliptical. I'm able to do a bit more each visit.

    Exercise: Yes, 55 minutes strength training and 15 minutes hip PT

    Calories: Yes, about 300 under. I don't generally eat my exercise calories back except for on the weekend............LOL

    Tracked: Yes

    Still have one pass day left. We're having dinner at some friends' house on Sunday so not sure I'll make it through that one unscathed. Still looking good for the Winner's Circle this month though.
