Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Its the middle of the month. It's time to push the scale to the side and celebrate a Non Scale Victory.
This month, I'm finally able to do some sweaty exercise again. That is thanks to the new habit of doing daily active stretching to prepare for movement. I am more flexible and my core is surprisingly more toned just from the stretching regime as prescribed by an exercise physiologist.
What about you? What is going well with you?

Exercised: No (really bad day weather wise - min 19, max 19, drizzle from sunrise to sunset)
Tracked: No (celebration Korean BBQ dinner out to celebrate valentines day)
Budget: Maybe (did not track dinner, so do not know)
Really rough mental day today. Got through it OK though. Very nice dinner out.
My wife is just amazing. Days like today make me appreciate her even more.
30th Wedding anniversary dinner tomorrow, so probably will not track again tomorrow evening.
Rest of the month likely to be on track.
NSV's:
- Still here with UAC and reporting in.
- Still fitting into small size clothes and keeping fit.
- Can now do 50 push ups without taking a break or slowing down (good form, toes, chin to floor on each one).
NSV's are my favourite day of the month. I love reading others successes.10 -
Easier day today apart from too much time in the office, still managed to get everything tracked & logged. Hope youβre all having a good weekend!5

NSVβs for the month... (to date)
π’ Purchased smaller scrub pants
π’ Can now climb all the stairs without feeling that burn in my legs and my heart rate is no longer to the moon.
π’ Lost 2 inches in my waist since Feb 1.
π’ Now able to log more time boxing on more rapid sessions.
π’ Have not used a pass day in here, yet, and this fantastic group really IS keeping me accountable.
π’ Tight jeans now need a belt!
Iβd forgotten how working in a group like this really does make a difference!
Thank you, @RangerRickL , for creating this and maintaining it for all of us! π14 -
3 xβs yes!
Every day is a new victory!! But this month Iβm super flattered that Iβve been asked if Iβd be interested in getting certified so I can teach classes at my gym. Iβm totally going to do it. Lol thatβs one way to get a free membership!12 -

I have been really busy and got behind posting. On top of crossfit class and ancillary exercise, like the band performance, I am doing a 100 pushup a day challenge in February into early March. On days I don't have any other meaningful exercise, I add air squats, sit ups or lunges to get to 20 minutes.11 -

Exercise Yes, tracked and within calories no. 3rd pass used.
My NSV happened today when I decided to wear a t-shirt I haven't worn for years. It's from the last cruise my husband and I took (he died almost 11 years ago). It fits perfectly and brought many fond memories of our lives together.12 -
Exercised 20 minutes? Yes, 1.5 hours of vigorous mopping of the entire house and lifting objects.

Exercise: yes.
Calories within goal: yes.
Tracked: yes.
NSV: inches off my waist, looser jeans, and desire to better myself.
@craigo3154 it takes guts to reach out for help; instead of trying to go it alone.9 -
Yes x3, hard evening...want junk ...going to close kitchen now...
Scale was up ... just going to use that as motivation not to snack...9 -
A little more energy throughout the day, it's easier to move and my pants are slowly starting to loosen.

@craigo3154 Happy Anniversary!
Exercise? Aye. 25 minutes yoga.
Within my calorie budget? Yep. 5 calories left.
Tracked everything? As well as possible with lunch out!
NSVs:
I can clean for much longer stretches of time without rests.
I was able to moderate a package of Oreo cookies. I was really nervous about bringing cookies into the house, but it went great!
I shaved a minute off my "short" walk (35 to 34 minutes).10 -
Exercise: yes! 104 minutes of Beat Saber, Boxing and Dance Central.
Under goal! Yes.
Logged everything: yes.
Learned that fast food, even the healthier options blow me up like a balloon! Evidently sodium is my enemy, now. That sucks, because I love salty things. Put my loose jeans on to go see a comedy show this evening and within the three hours we were there, I blew up like a balloon. π€¦πΌββοΈ Like six months pregnant bloated. π
Learning new things everyday. So thereβs that. πββοΈ8 -
Pass day #4.....out of the running for this month. Tracker say 33800 steps but in reality that was 160 miles bouncing around on a snowmobile today. Took my oldest on his first sled trip up north today. My first in 7 years I believe ....anyway tracking and calories were out the window, but it was worth it. He had a great time...probably same deal again tomorrow.
NSVs for me were blood work all in spec from the Dr. visit and I bought a pair of shorts the other day...size M if you can believe it!10 -
Much better today
Yes x 3
1 pass left.
Have a successful day tomorrow all!

I worked all day today but it was a 3 x yes day6 -
Yes to all 3. 10 mile run this morning, under calories and logged it all.6
