Yes x’s 3. My head cold has completely sucked my energy but I managed 30 minutes of yoga at home this morning. It felt good to move a little. Good on calories!7

Exercise: yes.
Calories within goal: yes but still had the desire to eat “something fun”. So applied the “the kitchen is closed” rule & it worked.

So I was backed in a corner today.... I was attacked by Greek food (gyros meat and chicken) followed by a bar of Hershey's Chocolate with almonds 210 calories. Then I had to add a square of Ghirardelli (70 calories of the bad kind of chocolate).
I got out of this hole by eating a light dinner and then I ran for an hour. I don't think I'll be doing that again.
YES! YES! YES! On budget! Tomorrow is another day!
Passes left: 2
Have a successful day tomorrow all!7 -
Yes 3x!
I went searching for an image to capture the idea that we have to visualize a goal so that it can be embraced by our subconscious as a reality. I have experienced that concept to be factually true.
Rick, this is interesting. I often write out my goals (and think about them) but I am not sure how much I have visualized them. I plan to give this some thought and attention.4 -

A successful day even with the mcflurry my housemate got me in the evening after she dragged me with to drop off food at a client (she does prepared meals) but we ended up making plans for various adventures with said client, including one on Sunday!
Started with a run and then jumped into the ocean again. I got out of my swimming routine and remembered how much I love it so even if it is just a few minutes after a run, it is definitely worth it! Short day at work and fun with kids at jiu jitsu rounded off my day.5 -

For today's discussion, that was a great picture @RangerRickL . Yesterday I was a little discouraged as I am starting my weight loss journey...again. Then I started thinking about how the choices I make today will impact future days that will be better future days. That led to how in 6 months I could lose 48 pounds. And that is a GOOD thought! So I think it is good to visualize what life will be like once the goal is achieved - it becomes a very strong motivating factor.5 -
