    I went searching for an image to capture the idea that we have to visualize a goal so that it can be embraced by our subconscious as a reality. I have experienced that concept to be factually true.

    Rick, this is interesting. I often write out my goals (and think about them) but I am not sure how much I have visualized them. I plan to give this some thought and attention.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Exercise: 38 minutes in the early morning

    Tried the 72% choc bar today and loved it! 92 was a bit bitter, but 72 is delicious :) Keeping it in the kitchen so I just take one to the TV room after dinner :)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, barely again. A friend came with me to an eye appointment, so I bought her lunch afterwards.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
