    Tried the 72% choc bar today and loved it! 92 was a bit bitter, but 72 is delicious :) Keeping it in the kitchen so I just take one to the TV room after dinner :)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, two walks, over an hour
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, barely again. A friend came with me to an eye appointment, so I bought her lunch afterwards.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Successfully negotiated my birthday today without breaking the calorie bank...actually celebrated yesterday as I am working tonight, but still managed to log the 3 Ys Sunday also.
