I found the Ghirardelli bars that several of you recommended at the grocery store today and tried them out. So far I tried the 90% one which was great for my chocolate craving but maybe I want a little more sweetness. I also bought the 70 so will try that tomorrow. But it definitely kept me from wanting multiple and it was easy to stop! (I also kept them in the kitchen rather than bringing into the TV room which was helpful.) I'll look out to try to find endangered species to try as well.

Calories: no. I prepped and brought my own food to work. Unfortunately, it was National Pizza Day (which I've never heard of before). My employer filled the break room with fresh, hot pizza. I had 3 slices, which I'm guessing sent me way over calories.
Tracked: no, since I can't even guess how many calories were in a slice of pizza. The slices weren't all the same size, either.2 -
