Most people try to change themselves overnight. When they fail to quickly attain an impossible goal, they give up and just keep doing what wasn’t healthy.
Be forgiving of yourself!
Keep putting one foot in front of the other.
You just might walk your way to the impossible!20 -

Exercise: Yes (walk 5km in 38 mins - hills).
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Late walk after dinner.
Wife went walking today (separate to my walk). Her mood was so much better today. Maybe it's related.
@RangerRickL. So true the "keep putting one foot in front of the other".
I mess up. I make mistakes. But that is OK. I cannot change mistakes I have made in the past. I forgive myself for them. What I can do is try learn from them and try not to make them again.
If I do make the same mistake again, that is OK too. It's because the lesson was not learned the first time. Yet again, I forgive myself for it and try to not make it again.14 -

I didn't get to Jiu Jitsu tonight, but that was mostly because I had physio just before class and I am always sore after the terrorist finishes with me (he knows I call him that). However, we are making great progress. My shoulder range has increased to 50/90, 80/90, 170/180 and 140/180 which is so much better. I did have a session with my exercise physiologist as well as the physio and I did yoga so that was more than 20 minutes.
All food logged and within range.
It's great to see progress and I appreciate how much my physio kept reminding me that it was major improvement because I was bleak about not getting to train today.
My housemate is on a healthy lifestyle plan again (she swings on and off it depending on various factors) which is great because we are bad for each other when temptation is around. At least her plan this time involves enough food. She often doesn't get enough calories for her level of activity considering she trains with our MMA team in the morning, does evening class with the club and often trains with her clients (she is a personal trainer).9 -

I made it! Appetite is still sorry, because flu day 3. Came in under, logged everything and walked around for a little over an hour. Still need to burn just shy of 200 calories to code that Move ring on my watch. After two years of closing all three, it will not be an easy pill to swallow if I can’t get it.8

Pass #1
Once again I ate too many nuts, like seriously way too many. It was an active rest day with a nice yoga class. Not an ideal day to almost double my calories but what is done is done.
I have to say a few words about weight loss at an event on Monday. One of my key pieces of advice is to set realistic goals. There is nothing more motivating to keep going than accomplishing goals and feeling successful. So today’s topic is something I’ve given some thought to.8 -
I think that I forgot to log yesterday, I was under my food goal did my pt knee exercises z as nd some spin,
