Busy day (again). Late walk after dinner.
Psychologist appointment now booked.
I am thankful for all the support from this group. It helps me more than I can say.
My daughter had her first day at the school replacement program today. Was good an seems to have friend she can talk to there. The goal of the program is to equip her with the mental tools to be able to handle school (and life in general).
She also had first TAFE class in "acting for screen". That also went well, and they are working to accommodate her needs.
@RangerRickL. "You got a friend in me" really resonates with the feeling I get from the UAC group. The friendship here really helps keep me going at times.15 -
Another good day, all meals under budget and tracked & logged etc, exercise was 83 mins on the bike covering almost 36 km. Hope everyone else is having a great week!12

Yes, yes & yes. 30 minutes of treadmill & 15mins of trx. I added chia seeds to my yoghurt, nut mix lunch today and it kept me so full till dinner! I avoided eating any carbs like rice/pasta/potatoes today so hopefully my scale will move a little tomorrow...5

OMG, I did it!
Under calorie goal (being sick helped keep appetite at bay).
Tracked everything.
Got in 2 hours of easy VR; just some Beat Saber, Audica and Spots Scramble tennis. I miss my boxing and climbing, but I didn’t have the umph to do it. Took me twice as long to close my Move ring on my watch than it regularly would, but I got it done.

Calories within goal: yes but poor food choices in the afternoon at work. When I see treats in the morning, I’ve trained myself to call them “poison” & walk by. However, there were unexpected treats at
an afternoon meeting placed right next to me. So eating them left me with no dinner, since they used up all remaining calories for the day.
I call treats poison because I have high cholesterol, and try to control it with diet only.

In addition to all the walking today I was feeling froggy this afternoon so I hopped on the treadmill just before leaving for work and knocked out a continuous 2 mile run. Haven’t done that too many times, but am seriously considering participating in a 5K run sponsored by work come June. I have never done one of those before. I think I can do it and have plenty of time to prepare. I would have 2 goals...one to be able to run the entire race without walking and two would be not to finish last.8
