Welcome to Day 2 of the February UAC.
One of the great things about Phoenix. Arizona is the views from the intracity mountains.
Hiking is always a favorite outdoor activity!

Apologies for not logging in yesterday. Ended up a pass day due to lunch with friends, then an impromptu dinner out with wife (Korean barbecue). Good food, but over budget and lack of exercise so pass day for feb 1.
Congratulations to all that made circle last month.
More importantly is congratulations to all that kept tracking and posting to the end of January.
As it is past midnight, I have not got up to date with forum posts. I will catch up tomorrow.
Today's drone race was first time I had flown in over a month. Up 5:00am to prepare and still tailing up things at midnight.Posted a video of one of my races today. Watch at own peril.

I am in maintenance for now. I am 5'7 and was 155 dropped to 145 in the hospital but lost all muscle mass so I'm doing the UAC to keep accountable on strength training. I used to walk my dogs 2 miles each day and hoping to do that by summer. Good luck everyone where ever you are on your journey.13 -
Successful day 2 for me.
Morning walk before church. Series with my housemate and reading for the afternoon. Housemate and I are playing the online dating game again. I consider it a game and then I don't take it too seriously. So far no really weird experiences this time round, but it's only been a couple of days so we'll see. Housemate is convinced the app is broken because she isn't getting any matches. She is 30 and I'm 41, but most of the guys messaging me are around 30 so obviously they consider her too young.
Good food choices today, although I have yet to do my physio exercises. Definitely won't get to them twice today. Still a good day though.10 -

Super Bowl Sunday here...but no Super Bowl party at our house, nor are we going to one. Good news, is that I don't have to worry about party food tonight!8 -

Kitchen closed: Yes! I am going to enjoy the super bowl with some cups of refreshing tea, laughter, and family. Therefore, no party food, etc. It's all in the mindset10 -

@RangerRickL. That's quite a hike!!! You and Rose must be in great shape! How fun to hike there.
And how 'bout JLo and Shikira - wow, that was quite a show! I was quite impressed, not just with the show and talent but with the athleticism of both those women! Maybe I should take up pole dancing???? Well, they got there 20 minutes in today for sure. ( as well as the football players:D )
As for me:

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope -- Pass Day #1. It's the Super Bowl, I'm extra hungry from my long run yesterday, and my husband made me his amazing homemade GF pizza. So I enjoyed every bite of it without tracking it without any guilt.
