Ninja Air Fryer

Anyone else have a Ninja Air Fryer? Life changer in general but definitely a keto life changer ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜ Any good recipes? So far I have made chicken wings, boneless chicken thighs, garlic broccoli, hot dogs & onions, bacon wrapped scallops, garlic shrimp and chicken fajitas. It is amazing ๐Ÿคค Also has a reheat setting so I was able to get rid of my toaster oven.

I just got the Ninja Foodi for Christmas and I LOVE IT! At first I didn't know if I should be irritated at my husband for getting it for me, but it is the best gift I never knew I wanted ;)

50% of our family is low carb and so have made things from all ends of the spectrum!: Wings, kale chips, chicken fajitas, taco soup, homemade taquitos, meatballs, bacon, brown rice (better than my rice maker), tri-tip (still prefer the grill), hard boiled eggs, etc. I hate having appliances out on the counter unless they are used a lot and this has definitely stayed on the counter!

I love that there are so many good recipes out there that have been tried and tested already so that I can just benefit from them. Yesterday I did not have enough protein to take to work, so I threw some low fat pepperoni slices in there and had pepperoni chips. I wish I had gotten one ages ago.

I got a Ninja Foodi oven one for Christmas too as my toaster oven blew up. I've only air fried once but I've baked and toasted bunches. For me it's just I'm just afraid to try air frying. Mmmmm homemade taquitos? My kids would go bonkers! And I am too thinking about low-carb taquitos.
