Sick day - what now?

Hey guys,
I was sick yesterday but today I feel fine and ready to workout. However I missed yesterdays workout and I could use some suggestions on what to do today.
FYI I am in the middle of week 2.
So should I
a) do 2 workouts today and make up for the one I didn't do yesterday
b) simply skip the workout I missed and continue the program as if I had done the workout
c) do yesterdays workout today and just consider yesterday as an extra rest day
What do you think?

I'm not sure what other people do, but when I would miss a day for whatever reason, I would consider it a rest day and pick back up with the workout I missed the next day. Then, depending on where I was in the schedule, I would skip the scheduled rest day and do a workout instead. You're in the middle of week 2 though, so just listen to what your body is telling you. If you need that extra rest day, go ahead and take it, you don't want to wear yourself out too soon in the program. It could come back to bite you in the behind later on if you push too hard in the first couple of weeks.0

c... i am on my second round of insanity - i usually do it 5x per week, i still follow the schedule, it just takes a bit longer!0
